Created in 2006 as the brainchild of Christian Vivet and Mari Vivet , Blue Windows is a service-oriented business designed to bring to you distinct categories of service:

• A Bistro and a wine bar open for "A La Carte" Dining most Wednesday thru Saturday evenings featuring a small and elegant menu and a tempting, international wine list.
• A unique "in-the-know" patrons only “Underground Restaurant” representing the ultimate in casual yet upscale boutique fine wine and dining banquets!

• A private Venue in South Ft Myers that can accomodate parties of up to 30 people. Rehearsal dinners, meetings, seminars, training sessions, Birthday parties, Church groups, Community associations, everyone is welcome! Eveni ng minimum food and beverage expenditure  to reserve the entire restaurant: Weeknights $1,500 Weekend nights $1,800 before tax and gratuity, and daytime minimum is $500.
